This policy explains what nfnauctions.com collects, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, its contact form, and the call scheduler on it. Last updated November 4, 2026.

Who we are

NFN Auctions LLC is part of Nebraska Farmers Network, based in Lincoln, Nebraska ("NFN Auctions," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy go to info@nfnauctions.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message.
  • Scheduling details when you book a call through our scheduling provider, such as your name, email, phone number, and any notes you add.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the referring page, collected by our hosting and analytics providers to run the site and keep it secure.

Bidding, registration, and payment for our sales happen on third-party auction platforms such as HiBid, AuctionTime, and eBay. Those platforms collect and handle that information under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and follow up about selling, buying, or leasing equipment.
  • To schedule and prepare for calls with our team.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Your information is handled by our team and by service providers that run parts of the site for us:

  • Vercel (hosting), Supabase (contact form storage), Resend (email notifications to our team), Cal.com (call scheduling), and Google Analytics (visit measurement).
  • Professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and cookies set by the scheduling embed when you use it.

We use Google Analytics to measure visits to this site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and when a form is sent or a call is booked. We do not send Google Analytics your name, email, phone number, or anything you type into a form. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off for this site. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and scheduling records while we are working with you and for as long as business-records law requires afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those duties.

Your choices

  • Ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@nfnauctions.com.
  • Opt out of follow-up messages by replying to any message from us and asking us to stop.
  • Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor verified requests under those laws.

Security

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections and are stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send more than the form asks for, and never send account numbers or passwords by email.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
